Tuesday: 7.00-8.30 pm Hatha Yoga at Whetstone Parish Council Offices LE8 6LL (£7 per session payable monthly in advance, pre-booking only) £8 for  ad hoc bookings, subject to space availability. Free taster session does not apply to yoga

Wednesday: 7.00- 8.00 pm Zumba at St Andrews Parish Hall, Old Church St, Aylestone LE2 8ND. Fast rhythms, slow rhythms, intense, booty shaking and toning. Latin, Caribbean, Afro beats, Bhangra and all sorts in between

 

Friday: 10.00-11.00 am Zumba Gold at Friar Lane & Braunstone Baptist Church, Hallam Crescent East, LE3 1FH

A great introduction to Zumba as a newbie, a slightly slower pace if you are of a certain age, or just prefer that!
