Life is stressful, at the best of times. In daily life, we are bombarded with information, questions, opinions. Our lifestyles are forward-centric, encouraging our shoulders forward, giving us poor posture and back pain. Aaarrrggghh!!
I teach Hatha Yoga, which is accessible to a wide range of abilities. Hopefully you will learn to relax, breathe properly, appreciate your body for the amazing machine that it is, and strengthen and stretch your spine.
As with all exercise programmes, before you begin, ensure you are fit and well to do so. Work at your own level and stop if you experience any sudden or unusual pain.
Payment for these classes is on a pay-what-you-feel basis.
